Sugar everywhere!

The next couple weeks we will all be surrounded by candy and sweets (really for the next couple months)  but having made a choice to not indulge should take the question out so that you just simply pass and then at the end of the day feel better.  You guys are all so amazing and if your feeling deprived go out and buy your favorite fruit… prepare it in little bags so its available anytime and remind yourself that your actually loving yourself more by avoiding all the excess…  We are surrounded by excess in so many ways and this is one way we can control just a little bit of it and we will benefit!
