Sauteed Broccoli

I made this tonight and then rushed off to take my daughter to soccer.  When I returned my husband had eaten nearly all of it-  It is that good and is just as good for you!   Two of my favorite ingredients in the kitchen are used in this super easy dish.  Naked Peanut butter powder and Braggs Liquid Amino Acids make this dish so good that your family (kids too) will devour it!

Broccoli Saute

1 TBSP olive oil

I Large onion sliced in medium size strips

2 cloves garlic minced

1 Teaspoon ginger

4-5 Cups raw broccoli (cut into med size pieces)

1-2 TBSP Braggs Liquid Amino Acid (start with 1 TBSP and add more to taste).

1 TBSP sesame oil

1 serving / scoop Naked Peanut Butter Powder.

Instructions:

Saute olive oil and onion for 3-4 minutes on medium heat, add garlic (minced) and ginger (fresh grated is best but paste will work too) and continue cooking for another minute.   Add broccoli and mix well in pan.  Drizzle the Braggs over the top and stir often as broccoli cooks (for about 8 minutes).   Once the broccoli has reached your desired tenderness drizzle the sesame oil over top and sprinkle the Naked peanut butter powder over the top.  Mix well and grab a fork before your family gets all of it!

    Sounds scrumptious!

I wonder how it would taste with brewer’s yeast instead of PB/ginger … slightly cheezy maybe?
