We have 1 month till summer is officially here! Those of you ready to lose some extra pounds before you break out the bikini and or speedo join my 4 week challenge! I will be posting JUST 2 daily challenges each week. The goal is that you will lose weight (body fat not muscle), have more energy, sleep better, feel better, crave less junk food, and ultimately make healthy lifestyle changes that you can stick with. The beauty of this challenge is that it is doable… I’m not asking you to change everything overnight. Just take on 2 new challenges per week, starting May 29th, and see what happens!
