4 WEEK GET FIT FOR SUMMER CHALLENGE COMES TO AN END…… OR MAYBE IT’S JUST THE BEGINNING.

We all have different goals and expectations of ourselves. It is easy to visualize what we want but getting there takes time, change, willpower, and strength. Our Get Fit For Summer 4 week Challenge is coming to a close but my hope is that it is actually just the beginning.

Wheather you have been following the challenge 100% or simply just reading along my intention is that you have found new healthier habits that will pay off over time. You may have heard the saying “Eat the elephant one bite at a time.” This is a great reminder of how things take time. Don’t stop making better choices because the end result seems far away.

“Be willing to be a beginner every single morning” – Meister Eckhart

Everyday is a chance to be a different version of yourself. Start fresh each day with the sunrise and be willing to learn something new. Get outside, breath fresh air, do the things you LOVE!  Remind yourself of your priorities every single day-  This is what matters and when we are content it’s easier to make more mindful choices!

Slow down and enjoy every moment, everyday, and believe in yourself.

Cheers to YOU!

Sierra

I so loved reading this post. This will and IS my new beginning. It will be my elephant I eat one bite at a time. I have noticed change for the good and will continue to eat better and be cautious about the choices I make. I will because better with the exercise routine as I can refer to these at any time unless they get deleted.
I really appreciate your time and effort.
    Much Love,
    Cicely

Thank you my dear niece. I’ve learned a lot about myself. I’ve given myself permission to slow down, listen to the sounds around me, and just be. Cicely and I have enjoyed some yoga classes together and I hope to enjoy more with her. Sierra keep on being the light to so many but remember to take care of YOU!
