Anyone count sugar grams today? It is crazy how it adds up. As I was making my salad tonight I was reminded how much sugar they put in dried cranberries! Eek! I need to buy the unsweetened ones next time.
A little tip if you find it difficult to go without a “treat”: Get your favorite fruit and make little baggies or “to go” containers so that you have them available when you are craving something full of refined sugars. I was at Costco today and they have pomegranates & mangoes in!
