Living mindfully means caring FOR the earth as much as we care about who created it.  Get outside, appreciate Mother Nature, and soak up nature’s BEST medicine.  The benefit will be that all those little choices we make daily will be a little better.  It is  proven that getting outside makes us happier and healthier.  Set your goals whatever they are and then chase them outside!  Here are just a few of the many benefits of being outside.
