It is Teacher Appreciation week and my Neighbor (who happens to also be my dear friend) and I are leading the committee at my daughters elementary school. This year we decided to spoil our teachers with a WEEK OF WELLNESS. As we were setting up the staff lounge for the first day it occurred to me that I should share the content on my blog. Life gets so busy and at the end of the day we often find that we have put ourselves last in our line of priorities! Meditation, slowing down, and enjoying a few of the things we love each day will help us reach our goals, love better, live longer, and ultimately BE BETTER. Life is precious….. Lets enjoy each and every moment.
